Import a Playtomic tournament booking

Retrieve tournament bookings for one configured club and date, select the activity, then review courts and participants before creation.

Before you start

The credentials must pass the connection test and the selected club must have the correct Playtomic tenant ID.

What you will have

You will have a Tournatomic tournament prepared from the selected Playtomic activity’s available timing, courts and participant data.

Tips

Use the exact local tournament date. Multiple activities can exist on one date, so verify the activity name and courts before selection.

Troubleshooting

If no result appears, check club, date, tenant ID and API access. Cancelled bookings are intentionally excluded.

Steps

Verify Settings and club configuration

Confirm Dashboard → Settings shows a successful connection and Dashboard → Clubs has the tenant ID on the venue you will import.

Open Dashboard → Tournaments → New

Start the new tournament flow and choose the Playtomic import path rather than manual setup.

Choose the club and date

Select the configured venue and the calendar date of the tournament booking, then request available activities.

Select the correct tournament activity

If more than one activity is returned, compare its name, start time and court list before choosing it.

Import the selected data

Continue with the selected activity so Tournatomic prepares the tournament details, courts and available participant records.

Review before scheduling

Open the created tournament, confirm the roster, court count, timing, format and scoring settings, and correct any setup details while the record is still editable.
