Turn academy interest into an active enrollment
Create an Interest record with its required follow-up task, confirm the offer, record the outcome, and activate only when the course is agreed.
Before you start
The player—or parent/contact for a kids course—must exist in CRM. Know whether the enquiry is for a Private or Open program.
What you will have
You will have a complete enrollment with confirmed course details, notes, status and a closed or updated follow-up task.
Tips
Keep the enrollment in Interest while details are unconfirmed. Use Paused and Ended later instead of deleting course history.
Troubleshooting
A new Interest cannot be saved without a follow-up task title. Add the title and assignee before retrying.
Steps
Open Dashboard → Academy
Use search and status, format, level, weekday, coach or club filters to check whether the contact already has an enrollment.

Create an Interest enrollment
Choose the CRM player, Private or Open program, course type, club and any known coach, schedule, duration and pricing details.

Name and assign the follow-up task
Before saving the new Interest, enter the required task title, task type and assignees. The saved task links back to the player, club and enrollment.

Confirm schedule and price with the contact
Use the task to own the conversation. Update weekdays, start time, lesson duration, coach, mandatory lesson price and optional package price as they become firm.
Add notes and update the task
Put dated enrollment context in Notes and complete the task checklist or status when the agreed follow-up is finished.
Change status to Active
Set the enrollment to Active only after the course is agreed. Use Paused or Ended later when participation changes.
